Financial Seminars
iPayDebt Financial Services works with groups such as high schools,
churches, youth groups, support groups, and rehabilitation programs
by scheduling speakers for their organizations. A certified
credit counselor visits these groups and conducts an engaging
seminar that details the basics of how credit works, the intricacies
of credit scores, budgeting, and financial management. These
seminars are aimed at education towards preventing financial
hardship through knowledge, and are interactive to make sure
each attendee gets the most they can from the experience.

College Residential Life Program
iPayDebt Financial Services works with colleges to train their
residential coordinators and residential assistants (RAs) to
understand the details given in our group seminars: credit,
credit scores, budgeting, and finance. While many young men
and women take their first steps into financial independence
during their years in college, few options are made available
for these students to get the answers they need about things
such as credit cards and budgeting. The RA Training Program
works to bridge this gap by training existing RAs to be able
to handle questions of this nature. |

Ongoing Client Education
Our existing education and debt management clients are supported
through a series of ongoing education materials and counseling.
Upon enrollment, a client’s financial history is examined to
determine the root cause of their hardship, and they are sent
appropriate information for addressing it. During the course
of the client’s enrollment in our debt management program, they
are sent quarterly letters detailing how to help save money,
manage their existing cash flow more wisely, and find options
on how to best improve their situation. Additionally, IPDFS
employs federally recognized credit counselors that are consistently
available to the client to answer questions for the client at
any time.
